Specialists of the Ministry of Minerals of the Republic of the Sudan have completed advanced training courses on the basis of ROSGEO

JSC Zarubezhgeologia (Moscow, the enterprise is part of ROSGEO) has completed providing of advanced training courses for specialists of the Ministry of Minerals of the Republic of the Sudan, organized in the framework of cooperation between the holding and the African state.

Technical seminars, lectures, practical exercises with software, including those supported by the Russian State Geological Prospecting University named after Sergo Ordzhonikidzе (MGRI-RGGRU), were held over a fortnight. The training was organized in the most relevant areas for the Sudan: the performing of laboratory and analytical studies, mapping, techniques and technologies for geological prospecting works, compilation of electronic databases on the state geology and minerals.

The next visit of specialists from the Ministry of Minerals of the Republic of the Sudan who will participate in the educational program is planned for September 2018.
